Celestine Jones – Instructional Designer
Celestine Jones, M.Ed. is an instructional designer and trainer with 15 years experience in the education and business industries. Working with for-profit and non-profit organizations, she designs and delivers training, curriculum, and workshops.
Mrs. Jones has created training material for a wide variety of clients, including High Tech Institute, Inc. and Choice, Inc. In addition, she has delivered training to large and small groups. Her experience in a wide variety of industries allows her to write business proposals, business and marketing plans, and grants.
Mrs. Jones has developed hands-on-training curriculum for a traditional classroom, resulting in the increased use of technology in the classroom. As she has studied the methods of instructional and curriculum design; she is able to focus on the interactive approaches between teacher and student. She also performs training needs assessment and evaluation, as well as train-the-trainer training.
